„When the going get’s weird, the weird turn pro.” – Hunter S. Thompson
„It's probably our best kept secret that the chemistry is right.” – Angela Merkel
We're an imposition. Because the world belongs to the brave, we want to encourage more people. Inwardly and outwardly we are actually concerned with opening up, measuring and sounding out free spaces in everything and everyone.
We take responsibility and responsibilities seriously. Whether you are destitute, middle class or billionaire is secondary. We like good ideas. We stand up for them and take others with us. Although we offer classic services, we are not service providers: we are partners. We work in partnership and like to make your problems ours, so that you have less in the end. But this is only possible at eye level and if you really want something.
We realize urban parallel worlds and tell three-dimensional stories by moving ourselves and others. Because the city belongs to all of us. That's why we like to get our hands dirty.
We come from architecture and urban planning, from the fine arts and literature, from the social sciences, economics and construction. We are friends and family and as a whole always a little more than the sum of our parts. We are uncomfortable and incredibly nice. We pick you up where you need it and meet you exactly where you deserve it. We are endboss.

We are still of the opinion that this civic participation and participative urban design in general is the right step in Hannover's urban development and a sustainable tool for spatial and social transformation. For us, however, a citizen participation process is not a commercial service, but a social mission. This means that it must not be an appeasing citizens' consultation, but a democratic tool that empowers citizens for active participation and opens up the possibilities for open, transparent and demand-oriented urban design....
