In 2019 the reinvention of a lost park begins. On a peninsula in the wild south of Springe, in the middle of the ancient hills of the Deister, a courageous and adventurous city comes together to form a forgotten piece of land. And endboss is there too!
How do you start out in a strange place that has been a faithful companion for so many for decades? Talk. How do you continue when you want to tell the old-established people something new about their place? Forays. And what do you need to implement an idea? Allies.
All this had not much to do with classic urban development and then we dared to say: >> The site can do more and we are many, so let's think bigger! One trail is not enough, this is the place where you unite and get involved. <<
+ Method: Actor_internal_catalogue
Actor analysis, research and definition of the important actors in the project area, making contact and networking, exchange of knowledge, project work is always not only site-specific but also group-specific. At the end of the process, a form of presentation for the portraits of the actors is found that is as variable as the projects themselves.
+ Method: Spatial mapping
Spatial analysis of the area, from objective, subjective, emotional, factual, playful, serious perspectives, creation of meaningful maps that are also interesting and legible for people who are not planners or architects, a map sheet that is always set up differently, the same insights and outlooks are not important in every project, which topics make it onto the maps can only be seen in the examination of the area and the people who use it.

Trust and courage on both sides enabled us to look beyond the goal and to work out a common vision for the site, which describes concrete measures and makes dreams possible.
In the future we will jointly turn the grounds into an open park for all people from Springe and the surrounding area. A modern sports campus consisting of individual and team sports, outdoor and relaxation areas, seating, playgrounds, hiking trails, discovery and learning paths as well as retreats. A youth park where young people can find their own space and sow their own seeds. A park for families, for after work and for the weekend. An arena of spectacle. A place of great games and celebrations. A new meeting place and a space for community. A place to meet, to hang out or celebrate, to linger and play.

+ Format: Dream journey / Audiowalk
Dreams of Spaces (book title by Georges Perec) spatial ideas and visions packed into dream journeys, like Alice in Wonderland diving into a dreamy world, whether as an impulse to make people dream or as a result of the dreamy collaboration, spatial narratives, Accompanied by sound and shielded from the real situation by headphones, a journey that you start alone and can share with the whole group at the end, group dynamics, whether walking, standing, inline skating, we cross the country in a dreamy illusion, digressing, following our own dreams or looking behind us.
+ Format: Transparent Planning Office
In order to make participation processes in public space more accessible and easier for all parties to understand, we have developed the format of the transparent planning office. Here public planners and citizens come together directly at a (working) table not only to discuss ideas, but also to test their professional feasibility and to promote an understanding of feasibility limits: "Take a look at the plan here, where should it go, the city forest in the pedestrian zone? We can draw it in together..."
+ Method: Co-Creation
Together with our clients and all parties involved, we try in a collaborative process to arrive at common approaches to solutions that are supported by all. For this purpose we have developed a need-oriented, result-open workshop format that adapts flexibly to the respective location and the respective challenge.
